San Jose Shuttles provides door-to-door airport shuttle and charter transportation in the San Francisco Bay Area. All services are subject to availability and weather/traffic conditions.
3. Reservations & Payments
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Credit card payments are processed securely. Cash payments are accepted in the vehicle.
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before pickup for a full refund. No-shows are charged in full.
4. Flight Delays & Waiting Time
We monitor flights and adjust pickup times. Extra waiting time fees may apply for significant delays or unannounced changes.
5. Luggage & Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Oversized luggage or extra passengers must be declared at booking.
